We love kids. And we want to help them experience the world through the brilliance of their creativity.
We reckon grown-ups are pretty cool, too. And we want to help them spend more time out of their heads and in their hands.
We are patient, friendly and open to all proposals, projects and questions. And we want to work with you to bring your idea to life (test us, we dare you!)
We lovingly save all the bits we can from going in the bin and cut them up to re-purpose as collage materials, confetti or whatever else we think they might be good for!
Not a single pom-pom is wasted! We donate all our excess stock to charity where it is passed on to crafty community programs or put directly into the hands of creative kids.
Any materials that we think are destined for the bin—like the packaging our kits come in—are non-toxic, recyclable and will break down quickly so there’s minimal impact on our lovely planet.
We love this big blue and green blob we all call home—and we want it to keep on spinning in space for as long as possible. So in everything we create, make and do we don’t just maximise the fun but minimise our impact on the environment.
Nikki Jones has been dreaming up fun and original craft activities at See Make Play since 2018. No idea is too big, too small, too silly or too serious for Nikki to turn into a modern, engaging and unique craft experience for kids and grown-ups alike. Nikki studied at RMIT, enjoyed a long career in fashion and textiles and has won awards for her concepts. Since having twins Nikki has been inspired to make crafty stuff that helps kids everywhere fully express their creativity, imagination and unique potential. Nikki loves getting crafty at home and she is always ready to see, make, play!
Jack Matthews | Stonnington Council, Youth Services
"I approached See Make Play to do a Children’s Week activity for us at Stonnington Libraries. I got given a whole bunch of amazing activities to choose from. Communication was excellent and Nikki was amazing at coming up with alternatives due to ever changing Covid Restrictions. The event we ran was fantastic with lots of smiling faces. Working with See Make play was easy, flexible, and delivered a great program. I’ll definitely use See Make Play in the future for School Holiday programs and other events."
